Procedurio LLC ("we", "us", "our") operates procedurio.com. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information when you use our Service.

Account Information

When you create an account, we collect your email address and any profile information you provide. Authentication is handled through Supabase.

Usage Data

We collect information about how you use the Service, including SOP generation requests, feature usage, and interaction patterns. This helps us improve the product.

SOP Content

The inputs you provide when generating SOPs (industry, regulations, process descriptions) and the generated outputs are stored in your account. We do not share your SOP content with other users.

Technical Data

We collect standard technical information including IP address, browser type, device information, and access timestamps for security and analytics purposes.

3. How We Use Your Information

  • Provide and maintain the Service
  • Process your SOP generation requests
  • Send service-related communications (account verification, updates)
  • Analyze usage patterns to improve the product
  • Prevent fraud and abuse

4. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services that may process your data:

  • Supabase — Authentication and database hosting
  • Anthropic (Claude AI) — AI model for SOP generation. Your process descriptions are sent to Anthropic's API to generate SOPs. See Anthropic's Privacy Policy.
  • Plausible Analytics — Privacy-friendly, cookieless website analytics. No personal data is collected.

5. Data Retention

We retain your account data and generated SOPs for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, your data will be removed within 30 days. We may retain anonymized, aggregated data for analytics purposes.

6. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections (TLS), secure authentication, and restricted server access. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to:

  • Access your personal data
  • Correct inaccurate data
  • Delete your account and associated data
  • Export your generated SOPs
  • Opt out of non-essential communications

8. Cookies

We use essential cookies for authentication and session management only. We do not use tracking cookies or third-party advertising cookies. Our analytics solution (Plausible) is cookieless.

9. Children's Privacy

The Service is not intended for users under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or a prominent notice on the Service.
